Dawe (Deploy a website quickly)

Have you ever wanted to deploy a static website without requiring the use of github actions, or you want to self host your site on your own server, but want to keep the site up to date.

Introducting Dawe, a simple daemon which monitors the upstream repository for changes, and then automatically updates the website (similar to github workflows).
